Austenitic stainless steel welding wire used in TIG welding of stabilised and non-stabilised Cr-Ni steels with high corrosion resistance. It is used for welding of stainless steel equipment, tanks and pipes in food, beverage and pharmaceutics industries. The weld seam is resistant against corrosion between particles up to 350°C, and does not show scaling in air and oxidising gas environment up to 800°C.
Fully austenitic stainless steel welding wire used in TIG welding of heat resistant steels containing approximately 25% chromium and 20% nickel. It is suitable for welding of heat treatment and industrial processing ovens and equipment operated at high temperatures in cement and steel industries. It is also used in welding of heat resistant steels used in environments without flammable gasses containing sulphur and ferritic chromised steels. The welding metal does not show scaling until 1200°C and displays high toughness until -196°C.
